Due to the following for the ILR planned end date it is different depending on when the learner started.
For apprenticeship standards, the Learning planned end date must include both the training and end point assessment period for continuing learners. For new starts on or after August 2019, the planned end date must only include the learning related to the learning aim and not include the end point assessment period.

Accountability Framework: Learners past PED
Created
I can't seem to find whether this supplementary indicator refers to learners past their practical end date on ILR and not yet through gateway, or learners past their overall end date. The technical specification just refers to planned end date. I am guessing it is probably the practical end date as they only really refer to using the ILR plus feedback as the sources of their data, but can anyone confirm this please (and ideally point me towards anything which says it clearly)?
