Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction please
I have a apprentice (passed end date) who has now complete, however we changed EPAO at the last moment and got the cost cheaper than originally agreed.
I have added a new TNP2 but when I complete the learner the completion payment is coming through a lot less then TNP2.
New TNP2 = £720
Completion element = £116
Any advice?

You are confusing the EPA cost with the completion payment which is 20% of the last total price
