Exam Access Arrangements - AEB Learning Support Claim

I feel like I know the answer to this question, but wondering if anyone has claimed AEB Learning Support for Exam Access Arrangements assessments? These assessment can take roughly 30-45 minutes with the students, however total time can be up to 3 hours including all the admin/report writing that follows.
Essentially i'm wondering whether this is eligible for a claim? Any help appreciated.
