Missing employer additional payments

Hi all, 

I am fairly new to apprenticeship finances and I've found this forum really helpful when searching various queries, I haven't managed to find an answer for this question though so I hope I am not duplicating. 

I have been reconciling our remittances against the Apps Monthly reports, and for the most part everything tallies, however I appear to be missing some employer additional payments. 

Both the employer and provider additional payments appeared on the Apps Monthly and Apps Additional Payments reports (as both earnings and payment), however when reconciling the remittance we have only been paid the provider sum - nothing for the employer amount. 

I noticed it in R01 - 6 apprentices were missing the employer payment. It still didn't appear in the R02 or R03 remittance, 

In R02 I had 2 other apprentices missing the payment - again they didn't appear in R03 either. 

Before I fire off an email to the Helpdesk I wondered if anybody could shed any light as to why we wouldn't have had the payments in the remittance when it was included in all the reports? The apprentices are still all active on programme.
