Hi, How can I claim LSF for a learner after Gateway? PICS is throwing up errors if I try. The apprentice's learning end date was in July and he took the EPA in a timely manner, but the individual has an EHCP and unfortunately failed the theory exam once and the PD once (our only fails this year) and he was well prepared, but due to his SEN the EPA was very hard for him.
Anyway we have put in a lot of extra support work, and he had a support person there for all the EPA, including a full day exam. But how can I claim this? Thanks
