Hi Martin West, thank you for the reply. 

After reading this, I'm still unsure if it will be purely driven by the ILR (e.g. we will see the additional 10% in the occupancy report for relevant learners automatically), or will we have to claim separately this via the EAS? 

For the London factor on GLA contracts, we have to claim this via the EAS so was wondering if this was similar.
