QAR national averages

Edited

None

Hello,

Can someone please advise where I can find E&T achievement rate national averages at qualification level? E.g.  where you can see what the average was for a particular qualification/learning aim reference?

Thanks for any help

So, the last qual level ones for E&T were 18/19 and are here:

tenth document down (!!!)

19/20 there was nothing and 20/21, as far as I can see, doesn't give qual level in any meaningful way

21/22 will be along in March though!

Hi Steve,

I believe the ESFA have published some more guidance now but I'm not sure how to search by learning aim, would you know?

I'm looking for a national average for a standalone Level 3 Diploma. Our ProAchieve states N/A which is wonderfully helpful.

Implies it wasn't available/didn't have leavers on in 18/19... No actual National Rates yet, unless you've seen something I haven't? Not expecting them til *at least* we've got our confirmed QARs (hopefully same day, but probably shortly after).

Hi Steve,

You're right (as always), I think I was getting confused by the release of the 20/21 QAR data.

Do you know of any other way of finding out the national average for a qual by any chance?

Thank you - Kelly.

PS: off subject, me and my colleague Becky really enjoy watching your YouTube funding presentations.

Aw thanks!

I think you *might* be able to get some sort of average by looking at QualType by SSA and level, certainly out of the 18/19 data, which would give you a rate for the other L3 Dips in that subject area? Whether that really *means* anything in comparison to what you're actually delivering, not really sure though (I know when we moved to the RQF "big exam at the end" Dips Ach rates went through the floor in comparison to the old continually assessed QCF types)?
