Longevity of EPA's

Highly, *highly* unlikely I'd have thought, they're intrinsic to the whole thing, particularly for Standards with no mandatory quals. [rhetorical] What would replace them? How would you know someone had passed?

I think there's been talk about how EPAs exist/co-exist in Integrated Degree Apps (because ppl are completing their degree and then running away before they do their EPA), but I think that's the only area where change is possible?

Aha, seen the consultation now, yes looks a bit broader, but still basically tied to moving bits of mandatory quals into the EPA rather than removing the EPA itself (and definitely not from August!).
