Annotations not working in the new PDSATs

Hi all,
Has anyone else got the Annotations to work in the new PDSATs website? Following the user guide I upload an ILR Return, download the reports, added a few test comments and uploaded the report with the annotations. I then uploaded a second ILR Return and downloaded the subsequent reports but the test comments I made in the old report are not there.
I emailed the service desk yesterday but wondered if anyone else had the same issue?

I've just tried testing the feature on a few that I have looked at, and it doesn't appear to have worked. I will do a ticket too.
