I think perhaps the last line on the last page could be the most useful at the mo!

Uploading annotations will not generate new versions of existing reports in PDSAT, however
the annotations will appear in reports generated in subsequent uploads.

Have you been able to get the annotations to work? I imported a file from R04 that had annotations on it, it says that is has uploaded. I then imported my final R05 ILR file, ran the reports but the annotations aren't there?

EDIT - actually they seem to appear on some reports but not all of them which is strange...
