Learner change of employer just before EPA

Happy new year one and all! We have a learner who changed employers yesterday and his practical period comes to an end on the 27th Jan this year. We have received the 80% funding for him and have left the 20% to be paid once he has gone through EPA. The price of delivery is 6k, am I correct in telling the new employer the amount left for the apprenticeship is £1200 with a 5% co-investment payment of this total, so £60?
