Hi All,
Have had a learner that has had commitment difficulties. They entered gateway just over 2 years ago, unfortunately they failed their first attempt however getting them to complete the 2nd attempt has been a task in its self. Due to a change of heart and full support from their employer, the learner is now determined to get the EPA done and dusted. We have contacted the EPAO however responses seem to be slow and uncooperative when questioning funding implications for the 2 year window.
Can they complete their EPA now that the 2 year window has passed?
