Hi - yes the R14 data should be in the Power BI dashboard on VYE but the download are not yet there which is unhelpful for the checking process

Yes, mine's the same, although I'm yet to see any suggestions of any (global) problems this year which is... possibly unprecedented?
Big numbers match what I'm getting out of Strata, so I'm happy ;)

Does it say "R14" on the front page of the dashboard under Version Control?

It does yes, but the % or numbers haven't changed and we had a flurry of completions just prior to R14 so I was expecting to see the % increase

Ah...
Were their AchDates before 31 July? Any between 1 Aug and when R14 closed will be in 22/23 stats...
