Afternoon,
On the Find a training provider portal, we have employer reviews but no apprentice reviews, my understanding is that the completing apprentice is emailed directly from an ESFA portal.
Does anyone know if the email and subsequent link is apprentice specific or is the link to the feedback generic? If it is generic is it possible to email the learners ourselves with the link asking them to feedback to the Service? If, it is possible for us to gently nudge the apprentice does anyone have a link to the feedback page they wouldn't mind sharing please.
