Replicating QAR from Tribal SITS

Hi All

Rather than re-invent what looks to be a horrendously difficult algorithm, does anyone have any SQL code that queries the SITS ILR tables and forecasts the QAR results?

I'd be very surprised if there was, as you say, it's fiendishly complicated and given I don't know of anything similar for Tribal EBS, would be surprised if anyone's done it for SITS...

Third party software (Pro-Achieve and Strata, primarily) is available, at a cost, of course...
