Good afternoon,
I was trying to find confirmation that the qualifying period for starts for Community Learning was still one learning engagement? I couldn't find confirmation in the rules but may have missed it.

Well, there's neither individual/aim level funding or QAR calculations for Community Learning, so there's no real need for a qualifying period as such. But you shouldn't include people in the your ILR who never attend, so kind of "yes"?
If it's from Pro-Achieve, it depends how you've got it set, but I think it does 1/14/42 depending on length, as though the courses were AEB (not that I can imagine many CL courses over 168 days!)
