We have had a similar issue with an employer for a new start that didn't get their levy transfer sorted in time, through no fault of their own, so that the actual start date on the ILR and the start in the DAS do not match. The employer has accepted responsibility for the co-investment element prior to the levy transfer completing and I have just added a new employer record and TNPs as though a change of employer to see if I can now sort it.
Interested to see if others also respond to this as levy transfers are causing us issues.

Please can I get some advice.
We have an apprentice who changed employer in July 2022, starting with their new employer a day later but the new employer took a while to set up the DAS cohort so this has a start date of Sep 2022. I have added a new TNP and employer record but we are not being paid. Do we need to withdraw and restart the learner?
