EPAO Contracts

Hi Gary, I believe it down to the EPAO and the provider to agree any contract renewals. There is nothing in the rulings but as it is a requirement for the evidence pack for audits, it maybe best to check each contract year that they are still valid?

Commercial contracts can vary but EPAO contracts are generally rolling contracts that extend automatically.
