Payment history remittances missing for January

Does anyone know if remittances usually available from payment history in the IDAMS portal have been moved as we still don't have January remittances being displayed. I have queried with the helpdesk but no reply as yet! Thanks

Hi Sarah, we haven't had anything for January either. I'll be raising a support call with the helpdesk to chase it up.
Apologies I forgot to update this, apparently there was a problem their end and they posted a communities notice to advise. I had to ask for my remittances to be e-mailed to me in the end.
