16-19 transfer and start date for work exp aim

Should know the answer to this but am now doubting myself. We've had a 16-19 funded student just start with us (Jan 2023) (learner has EHCP and has been placed with us having won tribunal) - the school where they were have recorded as withdrawn and transferred to another provider on ILR. I assume I just record as I would normally with their start date with us, there's nothing to flag they have transferred to us? 2 for the price of one today - we entered a work experience aim and activity record, we've now found out they had another placement that started on a date before the start date we had put on the aim. Are we ok to alter the aim start date for a work experience aim as it's "in year"? Day of doubts but to be fair we have got a team from Ofsted here...
