No GCSE evidence

Hi all, we have a learner starting with us who doesn't currently have any evidence of her GCSE grades.
The learner is currently contacting the awarding body for a copy of her certificates. She has no PLR due to her age so we cannot cross check that but she has told us that she achieved a C in English and an E in Maths.
Obviously when adding her to the ILR we need to include something, so should we record the grades she has told us or add "NONE" in these fields and update when we see the certificates?
Thank you

Those fields don't actually do anything for Apprentices, they're only for Study Programmes really (although there's nothing to stop you putting the grades in).
