If a Nigerian has not been resident in the UK for 3 years but is working for the NHS as a Trainee Nurse Apprentice. What are the eligibility rules please?

Depends on the individual's circumstances, but it's highly unlikely that they are eligible for apprenticeship funding if they're just here on a working visa and haven't been here for three years...
