Yeah, happening to me too.
Although, interestingly, 23A-213 is only showing my ACT 2 learners who are "missing" the SEM flag (but we don't have many!).
I reported it 21 December, but I'm sure the more reports they get, the quicker they'll fix it, that's definitely how it works, right?

23A-103 PDSAT - Small Employer Indicator

Since the release of R05 we have been having issues with our PDSATs pulling through the Small Employer Indicator on the 23A-103 All Learners and Learning aims within the new apprenticeship programme report. We have checked and all learners who should appropriately have a small employer indicator on the ILR have one, but these are not showing up on the PDSAT report in the 'Small Employer' column - these would usually return a '1' but now are just showing as blanks.
This is causing particular issues with the 23A-213 (recording co-investment payments) report, as it is pulling through learners who shouldn't be on the report, as they already have a small employer indicator in our ILR.
Please could someone advise or share if they are experiencing the same problem?
