Good morning all,
When obtaining signatures from learner and employers on EPA gateway forms, do they have to be signed on the same day?
I have reviewed the funding guidance and there is no reference to the gateway forms and signatures, from what I can see anyway.
For best practise I am trying to implement a restriction for all parties to sign within 2 days of the EPA start date. I am receiving some push back so just want to get an idea of how others are managing the signature dates.

Normally they should sit together and discuss and sign gateway if they feel the learner is ready. Having said that, so long as that chat has taken place, its not a requirement that the dates of signature all match.
