In regard to the new accountability agreements for 2023 to 2024, the guidance states that the following providers are in scope:
Providers in scope are:
• all further education colleges
• all sixth-form colleges
• designated institutions
• local authorities delivering post-16 provision in excess of £1m
As a local authority provider of AEB and 16-19 provision, we are seeking clarification on whether the £1m is in relation to the totality of our grant or specific funding streams.
