Integrated degree apprenticeship (EPAO / costs..?

Created

None

Hi,

We are currently looking to offer a Level 6 integrated degree apprenticeship, normally you would provide an EPAO and cost as part of the ILR data.

To those who are delivering degree apprenticeships, could you give some guidance on the below

1) Do you have to apply to be on the register of EPAOs if the degree is integrated and you (the provider) will be delivering that element

2) What EPA cost would you put against the TNP02 record, you are not paying an external organization and thus is it the costs based on actuals of delivering an EPA?

I would like to get some clarity as don't want to run afoul of the apprenticeship accountability framework benchmark of not having an EPA listed within a current timeframe..?

Any help or guidance on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Wayne

Hi Wayne

You do need to be registered as an EPAO to deliver the EPA and the costs need to be the actuals that you can justify with appropriate evidence. There is a list of what can and cannot be included within the rules.

Best wishes, Gill
