Thanks for the response Darren.  That's interesting with regards the functionality not working as expected yet we are monitored on it as part of the accountability framework. Similar to you, we collect feedback in other forms and have our own department dedicated to obtaining this from both employer and apprentice. Thanks again, it's much appreciated.

Many thanks for your response Paul, it's very much appreciated. Am I right in thinking that this link for employers is sent out by DfE or can they provide feedback at any point. Also, in terms of the apprentice, do they have their own login to provide feedback or is it only the employers. We already have our own reporting and monitoring of feedback from both employers and apprentices but as this is reviewed as part of the AAF, was wondering if other providers are doing things differently. Thanks for your response.  I think saying to her 'is it really the right time to do it' is what i would like to say but don't want to get ourselves into hot water as she is classed as a 'protected characteristic' and you just never know whether they will return after a BIL
