Thank you Steveh, Agreed, EEP hours don't go on ILR but still count towards total programme hours?, and total planned hours goes on ILR. So how do the ESFA see this and calculate all the hours and decide on which band to fall under.

Thank you so much for your response, Ruth. Makes my life easier but came with another things that this learner is on Apps Standard with expected end date in Jan 2024.  Also, Can I move this learner from Dec to Aug on DAS, and if yes, then how.  before I start on the paperwork. Thank you in advance
