Hi again all - Mine started working again yesterday but this morning, although I can log in, as soon as I try to get into a particular learner record it times out again!! Very frustrating, so I hope someone from the ESFA/App Service is monitoring these posts.

Ah yes - am back in now too!! I had tried several times before I posted originally but am glad it is back up and running now :)
