Hi Simon, did you get any further with the OOFs? we are about to start a process of sending out all our OOFs new App Agreements, but if we have clarification that evidence of re planning activity is enough, this will eliminate this huge task to do this as our apprentices are re planned, just not had the forms yet. Also can i ask , if a learner does all her OTJ but still not in gateway and had no new end date agreed, do they legally still have to pay for study time to complete the course to gateway? We have an OOF, OTJ logged to 20% but still not at gateway and the employer is now questioning, do they still have to pay to release her when technically the agreement has expired. Talks are in to extend as i type but its a good answer to have if needed again.

Anyone able to answer ? Hi I am coding my first employer using the levy transfer funding. Can i check this is correct. we have highlighted our employer is a small employer , removed the 5% co investment amount and against the programme aim i have put ACT1 and 1L to show funding through levy. Is this how everyone else codes it or do you still code it as 1N for non levy? i thought using levy would avoid triggering the expected co investment amount? thank you

Hi Louise, thank you for responding... I have those ones you have shown and yes as long as we receive the right amount i have left these ones but its the new one . this learner has had 3 employers in total , so on her first episode (2 employers) her TNPs looked like this , this was from start date up to September 2022 - withdrawal dates and episode end dates entered Sept 22 [image] then when she restarted in Feb 23 , her new episode of learner (restart indicators used on the Zprog ) looked like this which was 7th Feb , so i dont get how the DAS is showing 7th Feb with an old value which was dated 25/07/2022 [image] Any other ideas?

ok got it, thank you , i didnt like the idea of adding in data to match the OTJ as i can evidence my reasons if i am audited but this report is increasing each month i enrol so looks awful when i present it to SLT as supposedly wrong data my team are entering. thanks Steve, Ill email thepDSAT helpdesk now and carry on doing it the way i have always been doing it

HI Steve thank you , so if we have a learner whos on a 40 hr contract, we should use the employer identify as 21-30 hrs as this is the min now required , this will then reflect against the 372 we have made our plan so the reports will match? This is incorrect fields being picked as we know they are declaring 40 hours but to satisfy the 30 hours we should do 21-30 hours and really only use this check for those on under 30 hours to identify those needing the extension to the plan. Currently my ILR states OTJ - 372 - contracted hours field - always showing what the learner has declared and the employer intensity showing correct choice based on the actual contracted hours.

HI All I have apprentices who have completed apprenticeships, i have closed off the standard with end date and achievement date (being different dates obviously) and the achievements are not being paid out, the DAS remains live instead of completed and the employers accounts are showing as live and not ending their end and they are advised not to stop the accounts if the outcome is achieved. Can anyone help with this, in the destination and progression do you need to put an end date in the outcome field as well as the start date of the outcome ?
