Thanks Ruth! I agree with the not doing another training plan as the practical period is complete. The new role with the new employer is related to the apprenticeship so I won't have to contact the DfE for approval in this case. However, there is one outstanding on program payment as the apprentice has completed practical one month earlier than planned! I wonder if the ILR will allow to put new TNP 3 and TNP 4 in the financial record with a start date after the learning actual end date...
