Hello sorry to jump on, we had 1st August too. With School Leavers, do you know if a 15 year old is okay to enrol early August 2022? They would be 16 on 31/08/2022 so assuming it's okay?

Hello Has anyone had any update on this? I queried with the Helpdesk today and received the below response... "I understand from your email that you are requesting information about the reservation cap and when/if it will be reset. Unfortunately as it stands, the future financial year’s reservations levels for employers who do not pay the apprenticeship levy are still under review. In the meantime SMEs can benefit from further funding through the receipt of levy transfers from larger employers which don’t count towards the reservations limit. Once our team receives more information, we will be sure to let you know. I hope this information is found useful, Linnea." Doesn't feel very reassuring as the reservations have not been reset yet?

Hello Sorry to jump on an old post - just to confirm re; the residual price part of this - we do claim the 20% as the residual on DAS. We have a learner in this scenario. We have received 80% of the funds, just the 20% outstanding. I assume this will be our residual price?

Hello Steve Thank you for your reply, this is really helpful. For study programme learners we have a few where we are named as the 'EHCP owner' and a few where we are not the 'owner' - should we be returning these through the ILR regardless on whether we own the EHCP or not? If we should, is it funding model 25 or 82? Source of funding I am assuming 107? and we would populate planned learning hours? Sorry lots of questions, it's all quite new to us. Do we also need to be a SPI or can we go ahead and return on the ILR without being an SPI?
