Hi all. We are waiting to track down an elusive EHCP for an apprentice aged 20 which we only recently realised was in existence. The apprentice had been on programme for 6 months, and I believe that the evidencing if the EHCP would mean that both us the provider and the apprentice employer would be due the £1000 incentives. We are hoping to gain a copy to also give them relaxation on one of the functional skills that they are struggling with. I have 2 queries, both related to this in part. As you know we are rapidly approaching the end of the funding year.  If we do get a copy of the EHCP, can the ILR still be adjusted in R13 or even R14 at a push, or does that need to be done by the close of play in R12? Secondly, can an ALS claim be made retrospectively in R13 and or R14, if we can evidence that the extra support has been in place for x amount of months etc? Many thanks and happy Friday. Ian Pearce
