Hi, Certainly not a 'foolproof' way but I tag all non-levy learners (and levy-transfer) on the ILR using one of the 'Provider specified delivery monitoring' fields so that we can monitor it for the purposes you mentioned along with other stats... Steve

Thanks for the reply Tracy, I did get in touch with the EPAO and they ended up saying that they would accept the Accounting qualification which I didn't expect :-)

They're now showing as warnings instead of errors for me which helps whilst they resolve the problem :-)

Yeh we've had plenty of learners from the 20/21 AEB contract carry-over to 21/22. They won't get errors for having the LDM-357 as that is the one to use for start dates before August 2021, but as they should've all finished before the end of July they won't receive any funding in 21/22. No OPPs or achievement payment will be drawn down for these learners in 21/22 and they'll show in your reports as 'none' under the funding line type. You can't change the LDM to 379 as that is only for aims starting 01.08.21 onwards... Steve

Yes I've noticed a batch of those too and have sent the query over to them. So some learners have two records in the 25/26 data, their hold record and their restart record, both counting against the achievement rate. Similar problem with some learners break in learning record showing against our 25/26 data, even though they restarted and finished in 24/25 (and were correctly in our 24/25 data)... Steve
