Yup getting employers to open and approve cohorts is almost a full time job. It's really tricky knowing when they've approved as well. If there was a recent approvals tab that would be useful as, if they expire they just go back into the cohort list.

Thanks Ben James stepping away from it yesterday and coming back it all makes sense now. I think I was going to two decimal places but the dashboard goes to one, so now everything is balancing and in agreement. It was the difference between the total programme aims and the total apprentices that had confused me further!

With us it crashed when the total cost column was formatted as currency, when I changed that column format to numbers with no commas or decimal places in it, it worked. Was great being able to upload all the cohorts at once as opposed to one at a time.

Thanks Ruth Canham-James ! Apologies I read this as August 25! I've started our 'did we get it right 25/26' check to hopefully make sure that July - October isn't me waking up in the middle of the night about whether that one learner who needed something specific was correctly coded.

Hi All, just checking if this is still the case? There's no where on the ILR to return the RPL information is there? We've recorded it on the DAS, and documented the reduction. However we have one learner where their rpl puts them below the minimum OTJ so is showing on the PDSAT. I just want to make sure that there isn't something I've missed where this is now declared in the ILR.
