I believe that there is another factor that should be considered, and that is where there are any funding related changes between the original aborted start, and the new start; such as age-band, co-funding, capped rate change etc. These will all be based on the funding conditions on the original start.

If they are on a break then they cannot be included in this report as the completion status is 6 not 1, it is irrelevant whether they the started the break before or after their end date. The only relevant factor is if they started the break after your final R06 upload.

On the past planned end date sheet, it has a total for number of Apprentices, and number of learning aims. The calculation is based on the number of learning aims as the denominator, and that includes all Apprenticeship ZPROGs, including pre 42 day withdrawals.

It is the total of all Apprenticeship ZPROGs in your export file. I get my count for the Valid.LearningDelivery Table of the FIS SQL export file using an excel query.

Hi Steve, That is a valid point, it is what the guidance says, yet the dashboard itself says differently, and has a further updated message stating there is an issue as per Lisa's message. [image] We will need to wait for the updated dashboard and technical specification before we know. Hopefully, by the time they have loaded R06 data, we will know which side the coin has landed.

Surely a year is a year, and we can all see from the dates that this is a year, the answer must be 365 or 366 when covering the 29th Feb in a leap year, therefore the plus 1 should be included. I'm sure that the auditors will argue that there must be evidence of training on the start date, and evidence of training on the end date, and so both ends must be counted. Honestly, this looks like a subtraction to me and thus a negative answer, which would be less than 365 (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate < 365 days)

Hi, Surely if you start training on 26/09/25, even if you end on 26/09/25, you have been in training for 1 day, otherwise it would not be a start. Try using x+1-y as your calculation. HTH
