Functional skills with a funding adjustment still appear on the report though. Non-functional skills funded qualifications funded through funding model 36 aren't funded directly (it's all done through the negotiated price) so we ignore those as putting a funding adjustment in doesn't change any funding and didn't get rid of them from the report (for functional skills).

Not related to your issue, but you have included a screenshot of your apprentice that contains their full name, date of birth and employer. This is a GDPR breach. I suggest you remove any identifying information..

I've had this error yesterday too for EPA Organisations that are clearly listed on the two spreadsheets the ESFA provide for standards and EPA Organisations.

If they unpause the record then the break in learning in the ILR data should pause the funding. So there is no need for them to pause the record (and risk getting the wrong dates) at all.

The learners in question haven't progressed onto a second apprenticeship have they? The system doesn't cope very well with an apprentice in this situation as it tries to match the old apprenticeship ILR data to the new DAS start date and vice versa.

We have seen this issue for over a year with data mismatches. It makes it much harder when we have to deal with report problems like this.

I've just emailed the Service Desk: Dear Service Desk, I am looking at the Funding Rules Monitoring Report from an ILR file I just uploaded today. I can see that the number of entries in the FRM06 has increased from 2 to 52. I have spot checked 3 entries and they all seem fine, except for the fact that they were recently completed and set to achieved in our 20/21 ILR data. I know there was an issue with the FRM06 report last month which has now been fixed, but I wonder if this is an other issue where it is not taking into account completed enrolments matches against last years R14 data when they were continuing? Please can you investigate this. Thank you, Richard
