Hi, I have two learners who have changed employer, one of which (learner A) has resulted in a DLOCK and I have no idea how to fix it.  The other I am about to make changes on the ILR but thought I would ask for guidance as any answer might help me fix the first one!  I am using the learner entry tool from the ESFA. Learner B ended her employment on 31/10/2024 and started with the new employer on 1/12/2024.  I think I am ok with adding a new employer, using the generic code 999999999.  I can also calculate the new TNP3 and TNP4.  What I am not sure about is whether I need to change the ACT.  Both companies are levy payers. For learner A the DLOCK is 07, but I have changed the employer status and added the new employer.  Complete loss there I'm afraid. Thanks you in advance Kevin
