Hi Naomi, yes I got a response and was told to put the price in regardless of whether it's more than £14K and to ignore the warning which is what I've been doing and it seems ok.  Hope this helps.

Thanks Martin. In terms of ILR, there is only the 20% (TNP 4) funding remaining.  I add a TNP 4 for the 20% funding for the whole EPA amount and not split this into TNP 3 and TNP 4, is that correct?

This is not a withdrawal/restart.  I'm processing this as a change of employer. It's the apprenticeship service issue that I'm unsure about.

It doesn't read like a warning and it if the remainder of the cost is NOT going to be funded from the employer account, how does the provider get these funds.  The actual wording seems clear.  This apprenticeship is above the funding band maximum The new agreed apprenticeship price is above the £14,000 maximum value of the funding band for this apprenticeship. You'll need to ask the new employer to pay the difference directly to you - this can't be funded from their account.
