Gill Knight did you ever find the answer to this question? We haven't got to that point yet, but it was something I was wondering about! Thanks :)

Just after a sense check - this applies even if the learner originally started under a different version of the funding rules, right? For example, a learner who started in 19/20 when the funding rules didn't allow for a return with less than 12 months left after a withdrawal could still restart after a withdrawal now. Because they are restarting under the latest version of the rules. Right??? Thanks! :)

Ah, that's fantastic, thank you! It looks like it's worth us taking a look to see if there are schemes available to all our apprentices not just those with mobility issues. Good to know! Thanks again for your help and the extra info :)

This is not terribly helpful right now I'm afraid, but in a workshop with the Senior Manager of Apprenticeships Funding Policy at AAC last week they said that guidance around changes in standard versions would be made available in August. I asked whether there is any guidance available now, particularly regarding changes in circumstances combined with a change in the standard, but the answer was that guidance is due to be released in August. For the SLMDA to SLA standard revision, my understanding is that the LARs are unchanged, so I don't know how you could record the switch in the ILR? I'm very new at this though so am still trying to work things out.

Hi all, sorry to reopen an old thread, but can anyone tell me where the text that Ruth quotes is from? I've been trawling through the guide archives but have drawn a blank so far so am wondering if I'm looking in the right places. Thanks!

Thanks both - that's clarified it for me. Reviews don't count, but if there is training against the standard taking place alongside the review we can document and use that. Much appreciated!!

It started off a bit flaky today, but it seems to have gotten worse over the course of the morning. Does anyone know if there is a systems status update page where they communicate about problems like this and expected resolution times? Thanks
