Exactly.........when we bought this system they were Compass and the support was excellent, now its not....really not!

They have now been back to me after I escalated the case after 8 days with no reply. Apparently there had been lots of exam queries.......... There are two fixes..............................

Morning, is anyone who uses Pro Solution having issues with their R01 file not running though FIS even after taking out the ESF/ from the header. I have loaded a file to Submit Learner Data and copied one of the schema errors and sent it to Advanced........4 days ago, with no reply to my follow ups each day. does anyone have any ideas please? thanks Joan

Well I hope they get their fingers out soon with both. I need to see how the new coding for TL is going to work too and my MIS hasn't yet been updated either. I am rather stressed about the whole thing..................

Weirdly I have just looked for info too for the new year FIS, but nothing! I am going to be away from work a while and really need to get sorted for the R01 asap :(

Can anyone tell me if someone has a skilled worker visa, if they are eligible for ESOL funding. My my understanding is they have to have B1 level of English to get a SW visa which is equivalent to AS level so can they be funded for Entry level ESOL? Thanks

Good morning, we are having very similar issues as this does not give you the information such as Leave to Enter/Remain etc which is what we use to determine funding eligibility if resident less that 3 years. Its becoming very time consuming and bogging our staff down.
