Hi Andre,  I just opened a similar post. Payment should be tomorrow so I would have expected remittance advice yesterday or even last Friday. It could be related to change of tax year and possibly payments now coming direct from DWP for apprenticeships as as result? Something similar happened with the switch from ESFA to DFE a few years back. I assume you haven't had a statement either? Rich

Yes, us too! Incentive through only. We had similar in December 22 when we got remittance on the day of payment.

Hi David, We actually got the remittance through yesterday evening. The confusion was related to the change in name (now coming from DFE as per their update, but we weren’t expecting 2 different remittance statements with one coming from ESFA). Good luck with your ticket! Rich

Thanks for your reply Ben. I would assume that email would go to the individual who manages the apprenticeship service in that case, would that be your understanding? And presumably after each cohort is agreed?
