Thanks Martin, we have a similar situation and I could not see where in the support manual it specifies to use the restart indicator in this case but having just tried it, it works and removes the error of the apprenticeship duration not meeting the 12 months.

Hi Chris, I have the same issue but I presume it's because I have nothing to submit as we are not grant funded, as an ITP we are contracted with, and do not have a contract containing learner support as a part of our AEB budget  but let's see if someone can confirm that this is the reason the button is greyed out and not active. Ivor
