Martin West We have an apprentice who fulfils all the requirements for apprenticeships and just completed L7, have been receiving funding and appear on the DA. When we try to record the grade on the assessment service, her details doesn't come up. I checked LRS the name and ULN is correct but has done 'Non regulated community Learning Provision' in 2017. Do we need to change the funding model even though it is not private? Can you please help? Thank you Tsige

I have an employer who stop a Digital Account by mistake for a learner who has completed. This stops us from claiming the learner's certificate and I assume we might not get completion fee too. Is there a way to correct this error? Thank you

Hi All We have a learner who has completed the practical training and assessment of Higher Degree a year ago but has been working on both Functional skills, completed L1 but unfortunately unsuccessful to achieve Level 2. We have had several meetings with employer, functional skills provider and has been given all the support. Does the learner keep going till it is achieved? What is the process in this case? How long can you leave the ILR open? Many thanks
