Hello - can I ask as a follow up - from this reply can I clarify - if funding is £10,000 and EPA originally £1,000 and then EPA changes to £900 - are we not able to claim the full £10,000 funding? Does this change the overall funding to £9,900. Any direction on EPA cost changes would be really helpful. Many thanks in advance
