I don't use the ILR learner entry tool but I'd advise that you download the latest version for 2020-21, you should be able to import your XML file into the new version. R14 is for learners that are on programme from 1st August 2020 - 31st July 2021, so you would need to remove any learner that has started this academic year. Taken from the Provider Support Manual: "The following should not be returned in the final ILR return for the current year (R14), but should be returned in the following year: Learning aims that start after 31 July 2021 Actual end dates after 31 July 2021 Achievement dates after 31 July 2021" Tracy

I assume you are using the ILR learner entry tool? You need to use the latest version for the Academic year 2020 to 2021 - version 2021.6. The version you are using is for this academic session (2021-2022).

@Chris Bennett, thank you! I was going to start manually entering our learners today if I hadn't had a response from the help desk, so would have discovered this eventually. I'm sure we haven't had to add a dummer learner in the past.
