Hi can anyone provide me with a link or contact number to the complaints team? we've had no funding for an apprentice 7 months, lots of logged chats / website requests but no further forward. In the latest comms we have been given a link to complain about ourselves! HELP

Response from helpdesk; "As discussed. The UKPRN_06 is a known issue. The rule is triggering incorrectly on our side. I will keep you informed of any changes or update you once this has been resolved. This will not result in learner clawbacks"
