Hi Martin, I have 100% not applied the 'date applies to' in the ACT. I have checked through and I cannot see anywhere - where the applies to has been entered, so not sure why its throwing an error to us ?

Steve Hewitt now I have changed it as advised I'm getting another error R123= the learner is continuing or intending to continue , therefore do not return the Date applies to for the latest ACT record . But in The App starter info the field is empty , if that makes sense? Any ideas how to resolve this please?

Exactly the same issue as Charlotte C , if I record 1 and 8 it errors . How do we resolve this so the payment is made ?
