That's exactly the same as I get when running the 20/21 FIS (or 2019/20 1.2.24): 40:33.1 INFO Finished Export 40:33.2 DEBUG Persisted to Mdb in: 21066 40:33.2 DEBUG Completed Mdb callback Dan has replicated so there is no need to repeat.

Don't worry Martin. Dan has replicated it. Did you check which version you were on? Thank you Dan, that is most helpful. My original helpdesk ticket is CRM:0033031. I'm afraid I got asked so many questions (we must have exchanged over 30 emails), I eventually reluctantly had to give up due to lack of time. Hoping you have more luck than I did. Thanks again. Peter

Hi Martin, I think you are thinking of export to SQL, rather than export to Access. Fresh copy each time and delete all previous files. I'm really after someone to test on their version of the FIS. That would actually be very helpful.
