Update :-) Good morning Please excuse my confusion on this issue. I have now confirmed with the Multiply team - where an aim starts and completes on the same day, this format can be used for Multiply aims as the funding is not generated through your ILR returns. To clarify, for Multiply aims, the start and end dates can be the same date. Regards Michael ESFA Customer Service

Just had this back from the ESFA: Good morning Multiply aims should be at least one day long, completion date should be at least one day after the start date. Multiply programme aims should be recorded as FM99, SoF998, with the LDM code 385. Regards Michael ESFA Customer Service

Hi If the learner has done an FE course then you need to submit a destination record within 2 months of the last aim. This could also be a FM10 Community Learning aim. So even if you've submitted a destination record for an FE learner after they complete the FE course; you then need to submit another record if they complete another course. Kind regards Ibrahim

No problem. When you were upgraded they should have left the 2023 tabs with the fields in there. If not the helpdesk should be able to help you locate them. The other option is to manually add the fields using screen designer (if you have it). They are in TRAINEEPOT2 ILR_PROG_COMPSTATUS_2324 ILR_PROG_OUTCOME_2324 ILR_COMPSTATUS_2324 ILR_OUTCOME_2324
